About Us

The Billboards service is designed to enable you to quickly select locations in the city for placing outdoor advertising of any kind throughout Ukraine.

The main mission of our project is to provide the maximum amount of up-to-date information about the media, which will help organize an effective and high-quality advertising campaign. The database of existing and leased structures that you can rent (billboards, lightboxes, scrollers, prisms, etc.) is constantly updated and expanded. We can organize a campaign comprehensively (based on ready-made programs in Ukraine that have already proven themselves) or according to individual requests, taking into account the advertiser's field of activity.

The system allows you to select panels for placement and then:

  • place ads according to certain criteria (campaign duration, type of media, city, address, side of the pasting, etc.);
  • choose the type of structures in a specific area on the map;
  • display the composed program on the map;
  • create presentations in xls and pdf formats, which will contain detailed information about the panels (billboards, lightboxes, backlights, prismatrons, brandmauers, etc.);
  • centrally store and manage data about panels for advertising and selections you have created.

To gain access to the full functionality of Billboards, you need to register. You can do this yourself in the special form or by requesting it from a manager. To rent advertising panel, you need to sign a standard contract, which you can obtain from your company's manager. The cost is calculated individually for each type of media and depending on its location.

 

Order and Placement of Outdoor Advertising

On the Billboards website, ordering outdoor media is easy. It is done in a few simple steps:

  • Select the panels you want to rent (you can do this yourself or with the help of a company employee).
    How to do it yourself? Enter the initial data:
    •   campaign duration;
    •   number of objects or approximate amount;
    •   city and street;
    •   type of media (billboards are the most numerous, but you can choose any media).
  • Agree on the final cost of the campaign with the managers.
  • Sign the contract.

The plane is considered reserved only after you officially sign the contract or make a prepayment (or deposit). Until this moment, all selected media are considered free and may be taken or purchased by other clients.

 

How is Advertising Placed on Billboards?

The process takes place in several stages:

  • A poster design file is developed and approved (it must comply with the advertising law, printing requirements, and be sent to the manager no later than 5-7 days before the campaign starts)
  • The poster design file is sent to print. This takes one to three working days.
  • The reserve of posters during printing should be 30% (in case of damage during exposure)
  • Placement. Pasting is carried out according to a clearly approved program and takes from 3 to 5 working days
  • Report. You will receive photos of each plane within 5 working days after pasting

 

If during the installation process the poster was damaged or the structure failed, you will be notified and asked for reserve posters. If you find defects after pasting, notify the manager and they will be fixed according to the contract.
